Smile-Gang 613 – NON-punishment special

Happy New Year, Everyone!!! Let’s have a happy 2014! 😀

水樹奈々 スマイルギャング 第613回

For a last broadcast of the year (2013), Smile-Gang has thrown a surprise in our way. No, it was not the usual punishment special where it leaves listeners on the floor heaving with laughter… Instead, we have a super calm episode that is almost unbefitting of a year-end broadcast.

Almost being the keyword.

As Misato pointed out, the entire thing was so calm that it has left her restless instead.

I’m willing to bet this is the calm before the storm. 😛

But of course, there is a reason why there is no punishment game special for 2013. That is because both Nana and Misato sit at 0 points each. Their points were neutralized at some point a while back.

Don’t forget this is Smile-Gang though. Anything can happen. Not to mention… Nana has one punishment point under her belt already due to Kouhaku. ^^;;

We shall see what happens in the first Smile-Gang of 2014. ;D

Smile-Gang 570

Just so I don’t go weeks without a post again… I’ve done a brief coverage on Smile-Gang 570. I say ‘brief’ because I didn’t go into much details (due to my own time constraints).
And…uh… I admit that Kajiura Yuki and FictionJunction has held me captive lately (and I guess by extension Kalafina as well, but not quite as much). XDD;;

Smile-Gang 567

I haven’t lost my ability to count. I jumped from Smile-Gang 564 right to 567. I’m not skipping over 565 and 566, but I thought I should post this one up first as 567 more or less a Valentine special (and it’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow).

Before I start coverage, let me say that… I promise it will not take me 10 years to get through Radio StrikerS 2nd. I know I’ve fallen extremely behind on that, but I haven’t given up. My deadline is before the DVD/BD for 2nd A’s comes out… which is March 22nd, if I recall correctly?

Anyway, back to Valentine Smile-Gang…

Not that the opening fit with the Valentine theme much. Because Nana “attempts” to drop a “surprise” on everyone.

Smile-Gang 561 – Batsu Game Special

I wasn’t aware time passed so quickly that it’ll be Nana’s birthday tomorrow (it’s already her birthday in Japan due to time difference)… I didn’t get around to writing and posting my “how I became a Mizuki Nana fan” essay again. ^^;;

Putting that aside for now, here is the coverage for the last 2012 broadcast of Smile-Gang… And also the notorious BATSU GAME SPECIAL. >D

Personally, only a portion of this Batsu Game Special left an impression on me. And it’s related to Misato screaming non-stop for several minutes. XDD;;

Smile-Gang #560

I didn’t expect myself to fall so behind so early into the New Year. OTL
For those who care to hear my excuses… I was largely busy being sick… ^^;;

Anyway, here’s Smile-Gang 560… The Batsu Game Special (#561) should be up before the week is over… Which means finally, I will get around to listening the Smile-Gang that aired in 2013. Yes, I’m still stuck in 2012 in a sense. LOL.

Smile-Gang #559 – Rockbound Neighbors Special

水樹奈々 スマイルギャング 第559回

Nana: It’s OUT~~~~~~!

What’s out? Obviously her new album Rockbound Neighbors. =D

The format for Smile-Gang 559 is slightly different than usual. In a way, it is strictly about promoting Rockbound Neighbors… Which is rare despite Smile-Gang being a Mizuki Nana radio show. They even cancelled Head Nanau for the week in favour of more time to talk about the new album.

Smile-Gang #554-556

Happy 12/12/12 everyone. Ok, I know due to time differences, some of you are already past this date, but hey, it’s still 12/12/12 here! Lol.

Anyway, finally got around to posting 554-556. With this, I only have 558 left and I’ll be up to date again. Woohoo! And then maybe I’ll get around to finishing up the translation for Radio StrikerS 2nd #6.

I apologize beforehand if this entire post sounds very disconnected. This was written in several sittings after all.
